How to book with HES.

1. Request availability

Send your dates, number of guests and any relevant request through WhatsApp at +52 55 1329 3890. Please tell us before booking if any guest has specific mobility or accessibility needs.

2. Receive a complete proposal

HES will confirm availability and share the lodging rate, cleaning charge, applicable taxes, requested extras, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Parking, luggage storage, experiences and other optional services are quoted separately.

3. Review the property conditions

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
• Check-in from 2:00 p.m.; check-out before 11:00 a.m.
• The historic building requires climbing at least one flight of stairs and has no step-free or wheelchair-accessible entrance.
• Children are welcome, but the space is not specially adapted for babies or young children.
• Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the terrace.

4. Choose the applicable booking channel

HES will confirm whether the stay can be completed directly under the applicable regulatory requirements or through Airbnb. If direct booking is available, stays of 1 to 6 nights require full payment; stays of 7 nights or more require a 50% deposit and the balance 7 calendar days before check-in.

5. Prepare for arrival

Your booking is confirmed only after HES validates the required payment and sends written confirmation. Before check-in, you will receive the access method, detailed house rules and the assistance channel for your stay.
